So many different thoughts going on at the same time. Can hardly focus on just one.
Thoughts ranging from church, christians friendships, family, husband, work, daughters, lunch, work, friends, flowers, weddings, valentines, etc.

You name it it's probably in there somewhere.
Too many time we forget to take our thoughts captive (as the word tells us to do). Take captive...capture them. One by one.
Concentrate on them.
Enjoy them...that is the good ones and the positive ones.
Ponder them...aks yourself "should I act upon this thought or not". Maybe it is something we should do for someone. Something we should say...Maybe it is a simple nudging that we are to follow through on... just sayin' -- think about it!

Dismiss some of them...you know those ones we all have, the evil, unhealthy ones.
