My how time does fly...my mom told me it would.
She said the older you get ... the faster it goes.
Again, she was right.
The older I get the more I realize that she did know what
she was talking about all those years ago.
Of course, I was young and knew everything.
How soon we realize (when we have a family of our own)
how much our parents really did know and how they were justtrying to help us to be able to live our lives to their fullest.
Now that my children are grown and married I just hope
one day that they realize just how much we (their parents)
love them and want only the best for them.
I love my family. They are a blessing from God.
I thank Him for them everyday!

Loved the 'shoes' ... I can hear Mothers words echoing in my ears all the time. Gosh,darn! was she ever right ... hopefully, one day mine will have the same experience.
