Buttons are sooo much fun. These vintage ones are beautifully designed in the shape of a heart.
Decorative pitchers. How different are these?!!Especially the one with the citrus. Never seen one quite like it. And the other one is just pretty.
flowers...what girl doesn't like 'em...
I love pottery. I only have a few pieces. But each piece is different and has a personality of its own.
These canisters are beautiful They would match perfectly in my newly remodeled 'old world style' kitchen.
I love vintage Jewelry. This is a beautiful photo displaying several lovely pieces. This picture is more and more beautiful each time I look at it. It reminds me of a basket with an assortment of flowers (made of jewelry). What could be better than that.
These are just a few of the things I call "favorites". There are others...teacups, dragonflies, sapphires.
What are some of your favorite things?

Enjoy!
I absolutely couldn't RESIST smiling when you said your "KNIGHT" reads your Blog! :) :) :) Mine does too and I love it that he cares enough to read what I think and say...

Sheila...Oh girl...thank you for your visit! I soooooo HOPE you enjoyed your stay!
ReplyDeleteNow...about those THINGS that just SEEM to follow me home...
I'm not really a "collector"! I'm not sure I could handle a shelf full of the same thing. But, I do love romantic finds...old hats, vintage millinery flowers (especially pink roses) and I LOVE to fashion sachets and small pillows from lovely old snippets of lace and ribbon. Combine that with my love of painting pink roses and I SUPPOSE you have a collection...of sorts anyway!
Most of my "finds" come from garage and tag sales. My favorite place to shop are our Oklahoma City Estate Sales. Most generally I come home with at least one thing to sell and one thing to keep!
Blessings to you girlfriend. I hope you'll visit again and again! I promise to be back to your site as well. It's just LOVELY!

Thanks for stopping by. I love your idea to leave some helpful birthday suggestions for your hubby in a blog post. I'm going to remember that when my birthday rolls around in September. My husband reads my blog too.
ReplyDeleteMy favorites..I'm a pottery junkie..you can never have too many dishes is kinda my motto : ) Have a great day!
I love your idea of putting little hints out on your blog. Do let us know what your knight eventually gets you (let's hope it's not a new iron or vacuum cleaner, LOL.)
